Skijoring

Skijoring is a term which loosely states" ski driving". It is thought skijoring was created in the Nordic countries as a means of transportation. Over the years it has evolved into a form of exercise for humans and their canine companions. Skijoring has fast become one of the most popular winter sports in the midwest urban areas. There is need for minimal equipment and one to three dogs are used. This makes the sport perfect for city dwellers with limited space / dog number limits.
